Can't receive e-mail

I recently switched to satellite. I have two different e-mail accounts. I
am unable to receive e-mail in one account. The settings are all correct and
test out fine, but I don't even receive the test message. I am able to ping
my ISP with no problem. In my other account, all of a sudden I'm receiving
two of every e-mail message.

What version of Outlook do you have? Do your mail accounts point to the
same mailbox (i.e. the same server with the same username)?
