cant receive email

I am using xp pro, outlook 2003. When I try to access my email, i
continually get a box asking me to type my username and password. I know
this is some type of virus, because it happened a few years ago, but I forget
how to solve the problem. Any answers? Since I can't access my
email--please forward response to [email protected]

sorry--never used this discussion group before. If you need to email back,
the correct temporary working email is [email protected]

Not neccessarily a virus, simply the setting has been lost, there are
numerous articles/fixes on 'lost username'
