Can't receive email

I have recently converted to a DSL ISP and am trying to
use Outlook to manage my email. I have configued the
email account, ran the "test connection" and passed
fine. However, I am not able to receive any emails. I
can access them from my ISP website, but not from
Outlook. Any ideas?
