Can't receive emails

I have a problem with my outlook email, I can send, but I can't receive. I
have cleaned out all the old files (not that there was much in there), and
have checked to see that I am set up correctly with POP3 etc., Microsoft
automatically sends me an email saying all is working fine, but I can't seem
to get any emails to come in.
Any other ideas???

Please repost your question in a forum supporting Outlook. This forum is for a
different program, Microsoft Access. The webpage can be confusing and may have
misled you. When you do post, indicate what versions of Windows and Outlook
you're running and some information about your internet service provider.

So,once I opened my MS Outlook and couldn't say anything. I wa
scared,but fortunately my friend advised - 'outlook problem cannot vie
emails
(http://www.recoverytoolbox.com/cannot_view_mail_in_outlook.html).
tried this tool and it solved my issue in a minute and free of charge
Besides I knew how the program extracts all files with *.eml, *.vcf an
*.txt extensions from *.ost file, when you cannot access your mai
account.
