cant receive from aol account, but can send

I'm only adding to the questions as I didnt really see any clear cut answers.
My error message says "task 'checking for new mail subscribed folders on aol
account.'reported error (0x8007057x0: 'Outlook is unable to download foler
(null) from the IMAP e-mail server for account aol account. Error: .If you
continue to receive this message, contact....blah blah blah...
Anyone found a solution or tell me what to check in non-technical terms
please!
