Can't receive/send email!!

Having problems all of a sudden with my account where it
won't receive anything.why??
Am getting this message:

An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'xxxxxxxxxMail',
Server: 'pop3.btconnect.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x80004005

What can i do?
