I am unable to view my outlook email please help

I am able to see all my deleted emails and all my folders but I am not able
to see my emails its shows empty this is what it says.

An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'promail.ptd.net', Server:
'promail.ptd.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x800C0133.

Please email my daughter at (e-mail address removed)
