can't recive

I have an email from gmail after pop settings
I can sent and recive email from outlook.
to hotmail yahoo and from they sent and recive okey.
and if I sent an email on web from my gmail to my gmail
I can recive that mail from outlook

But if I send an email from outlook to my gmail
I must read on web no outlook I can't recive mail
that if I sent from outlook to my gmail
can I recive that mail if I change settins is it possible
