Can't reinstall upgrade

I had Project 2000 SR-1 loaded on my machine. When the CPU burned up, my
Amdahl chip was replaced with Intel. The shop had to wipe out my Microsoft
products. I successfully reloaded everything but Project. My CD is an
upgrade CD (I threw out the CD for the older version - duh) - because it
doesn't see the original install it can't install. I'm stuck. Suggestions?

DO still retain all the old licensce (hard copies, bills of purcahsed

I dont find a way if you will be able to get the old version back, tr
contacting microsoft sales in your local area

If your upgrade was also an upgrade, providing a previous upgrade CD will
authenticate. You don't need the orignal full version, just an earlier
upgrade, and you don't need to install the upgrade, just have it in the CD
drive BEFORE you click next to go to the authentication step.

Hope you have an earlier upgrade.
