Can't remove additional mailbox

My Outlook is 2002 and I am running Exchange 5.5 SP4 on a Windows 2000 Server
(SP4). I added a mailbox to my profile to access some cell phone contacts to
synch up with a cell phone. I moved the Contacts list to my mailbox and
synched the phone with the folder.

After this was over I tried removing the additional mailbox but no luck. I
go to the normal spot to remove the mailbox but nothing is listed yet I can
go to my mailbox and see the additional one and see the email.

Any ideas on how to remove the additional mailbox?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Display the folder list and tell us what you see there in terms of a folder
hierarchy.
