Can't remove or delete invalid PST file

I'm running Outlook 2003. On my All Mail Folder list I have a second Personal
Folders PST file that shows up and when I click on it I get the error "The
Set of Folders Could Not Be Opened".

Under Data File Management I can see my primary PST file but not the second,
invalid, pst file so I can't remove it. If I go to Tool>Email Accounts>View
or Change in the "Deliver new e-mail to the following location:" drop down I
have a selection of 2 pst files to choose from...my primary that all my mail
goes to and works fine and the invalide pst the gives me the error when i try
to open it.

If I go to Documents and Settings>MyAccount>Local Settings>Application
Data>Microsoft>Outlook I have a single pst file...my primary and working one.

I have uninstalled Outlook and Full Office and reinstalled with no change.

Oh ya right clicking on the invalide Personal Folder provides the option
"Close Personal Folders" but it does nothing.

How do I delete or remove this invalid pst file reference?

Creating a new Profile would be one way
PS Uninstall/reinstall of OL rarely cures a problem, as the reinstall uses
the previous profile & settings
