Hi,
I was recently running Outlook 2002, and was using the personal folders
backup program. I updated to Outlook 2003, and now can no longer use the PFB
program (it errors out), nor can I remove it. I've searched the add/remove
programs list, both as the normal user that I use, as well as the
administrator, and it's not listed there. I tried to install the version for
Outlook 2003, and it tells me I must first remove the old version. Seems I'm
stuck between points A and B... any suggestions on how to move forward from
here?
