Can't reply to e-mail

I can send and receive e-mail, however, I cannot reply to e-mail that is sent
to me. What do I need to do?

My first suggestion would be to post this in a newsgroup that supports the
product you're using (I'm guessing Outlook?). :) This group is for
support of OneNote.

When you do post in an Outlook or Outlook Express newsgroup please make sure
to mention what version of Outlook you're using and give them some details
about what happens when you try.
