Can't Right Click a Message/ Ability to Open attachments gone

I am trying to troubleshoot a problem for a user in our office. About 2
weeks ago, she lost the ability to right click on an e-mail and get a menu.
Nothing happens anymore when she right clicks. Also, at the same time, she
lost the ability to open an attachment within an e-mail. The only way she
can open the attachment is to save it to the desktop first. I have tried to
correct both by doing a repair and then a complete re-install of Outlook 2003
with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I would look at the mouse software first. Sounds more like a mouse problem.
Update her Intellipoint software after you check all her mouse settings and
the mouse itself. Swap it with another one and see if you still have the
problem.

Thank you for the suggestion, Mary.

I have ruled out anything with the mouse. She has no problems right
clicking in any other program. Also, I still have the issue of not being
able to open attachments within outlook. I feel like this is an isolated
Outlook problem.
