Can't Run Macros

Yesterday I created and ran several macros in outlook.
Today when I try to run them, I get the following message:
"The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to
the online help or documentation of the host application
to dtermine how to enable macros."

I went selected Help>About...>Disabled items, but the
Disabled Item dialog box does not display any items.

Has anyone else experienced this?
Our help desk was not able to help with this.

You need to set your security settings (Tools - Macro - Security) to Medium
or lower.
