Can't run Word and Excel at the same time

Processor: Intel

Hi,

When Word is running, Excel won't start. I have to quit Word before I can run Excel, and vice versa.

My copy of Office is legit - paid for it with hard-earned money. Hope someone can explain the malfunction.

We have no idea. Do you get an error? What is it? What does "won't start"
mean? How much Ram? How much disc space? What version of Word and Excel?
What updates have you installed?
