can't save files with more than 1 character

When saving in PhotoDraw it won't allow me to save more than 1 character - it
automatically saves to the first letter

I'm not sure about PhotoDraw but I've encountered this problem with
Word and Excel and the issue was due to setting Compatibility options
for Windows 95 on Windows XP so check your Compatibility settings and
remove them if they are set.
