Can't save Offline offline a project when log into Project Server

[Iranian Realman]

hi

i need to rebuild a project's binary record in the Project Server database,
and for doing that i have to Launch Microsoft Project Professional and log
into Project Server and Click File - Save Offline, but when i click File, in
File options only there is "save online" that is disable,and i can't select
it.
how can i save offline a project?, and how can i be sure about that a
project is saved offline?

What you are describing is the behavior of Microsoft Project Professional
when you navigate to the Project Center page in PWA, select a project, and
then click the Open button. It disables the Save Offline feature. If you
launch Microsoft Project Professional, click File - Open and open a project,
then you should be able to use the Save Offline feature. Let us know if
this helps.

It doesn't help, I usually click File - Open to open a project and the issue
exist,
