I tried to add a second outlook account for my wife, but
removed the account when she decided she'd rather use
outlook express. Now I keep getting this message:
"Outlook could not save the updated folder shortcut
information. Check to make sure there is sufficient disk
space and that the file "C:\Documents and
Settings\Bates\Application Data\Microsoft\O." is not
marked read-only. Another attempt to save will be made
after the next change or when you exit. You don't have
appropriate permission to perform the operation"
I've tried the outlook repair tool, but with no success.
Any suggestions?
