In my opinion it is not an ad, it will solve the issue the user is having
using a commercial util.

Or is that also not allowed ?

Of the ninteen posts you have made to the Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher
and Visio newsgroups, seventeen were hawking your wares. The other two was
this message and one where you apologized when I pointed out your answer was
off topic. So far, none of your messages have been to provide real help.

The general rule in the Microsft newsgroups is that the newsgroups are for
free help, not for soliciting customers. The occassional recommendation by a
regular contributor of their product is tolerated because they have earned
the privilege to occasionally bend of the rules, their answers are on topic
and it is well known that they would only do it as a last resort to solve a
problem.

Now that all this advertising stuff has been settled is there or was there a
solution for the 920 error?

I had this problem and discovered that my default printer was Adobe PDF
writer. Changed my default printer to an actual real printer and was able to
save to JPEG format with no problems.

Any other suggestions for this error?

Its kind of frustrating to see an error that was supposedly fixed several
versions ago...

No luck I'm afraid - my default printer is not a PDF writer and I still
receive the 920 error when using save as from within visio 2003.

Anyone have any other ideas???

Thanks in advace
