can't see beyond p 1 in Print view

In a multi-page document, I can't view anything beyond
page 1 when I'm in print view. The document seems to end
at the bottom of p. 1, but there's lots more. In Normal
view I can see it all, but not the formatting.

Go to Format | Columns and make sure it is set to 1 column.
