Can't see chinese in address book of Outlook 2003

I've migrate my address book from outlook express to
outlook 2003. But I found that the chinese address changed
to rubbish words after migration. Is there any language
patch must be installed. (Eng Windows XP and Eng. Office
2003) Thank.
