Can't see Clipart when searching web

Brenda

Hi folks

When I search the web for clipart, it displays 2 columns
of a standard identical image, titled dglxasset.aspx.
I cannot see the actual clipart pictures in the window.

eg Office XP | Word | Insert | Picture | Clipart | Search
the web only | for Clipart only | search string = beach.

Can anyone advise me how to see the actual resultant
images in the Clipart window?

Note that Clips Online works ok.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Mary

I forgot to say that I have already tried this (MS
Knowledge Base 835413), and it made no difference.

Any other ideas?
Thanks

Have you tried going directly to the Office web site instead of using the Organizer?
Deleting the Office cookie may help also.

.
Brenda,

I too, all of a sudden get the exact same effect in Word
instead of the regular pictures. And it will not open
these identically named files without saying it cannot
find the path which includes /temp internet files/? How
do I get back to my regular clip art gallery? Do you
know the answer yet? I get the dglxasset.aspx in every
box when I go to insert regular clip art. I am getting
very frustrated. Someone please help!
