Cant see custom view in Project Server 2007

Hi

I can create new views OK and see them in the Manage Views list but when I
select Edit Quick launch>New Link I dont have any way to find the URL to put
in the Custom Web Address box.

I've tried putting the view name in the Custom Link Name box but this just
puts the name in without any URL.

I must be missing something obvious here. Any suggestions?

Views cannot be added directly to the quick launch. Views are classified as
being Project, Project Center, Resource Center, etc type views. This means
they can be viewed in those area of PWA only.

For example, if you create a new Project Center view and make it available
to the appropriate security categories such as My Organization then when you
go to the Project Center link in the quick launch you will be able to select
this view from the view dropdown on the top right section of the screen.
