Can't see event when many events listed

Several of us share a calendar. Numerous events are sometimes listed for a
single day. I've found that when you hit 18 events, a scroll bar appears on
the right to scroll through all of them. A coworker doesn't get this scroll
bar, meaning she can't see all of the events.

Any idea how to tell Outlook to turn on the event scroll bar?

P.S. She does have the scroll bar at the bottom where all the appointments
are listed.

Actually, I'm using Outlook 2003 and I have it when the number of events gets
high. That is what she is using as well.

Check the build numbers on both computers. You'll find it at the top of the
help, about screen. Verify both have the same build number.

The number of items you see before it scrolls is controlled by the size of
the window and your screen resolution.

It doesn't matter how many events we see before it scrolls, because hers
never goes to scrolling, no matter how many events. She just can't see the
excess events past a certain point, which, you can imagine, might be a
problem.
Thanks,

We need to know the build numbers from both systems before we can offer
additional assistance.
