cant see folders when making distribution list

having real problems with distribution lists.
Cant see all created folders when trying to make a new list and therefore
cant make a list from the folder I want.

Also - distribution lists do not default to contacts folder?

using 2003 version

To see a contacts folder in the address book, you need to check the Outlook
Address Book box on the folder's Proeprties dialog.
