Cant see form details

When I create a form using wizard I add all the info from six tables and name
it data entry. But when it comes time to enter the data the form is blank. I
switch view to designview and all the info is there but when i switch back to
form view the details part of the form doesn't display. Plus I have some
control sourse errors. Does any one have any suggestions??

It sounds like you are trying to update six tables at once. How is Access
supposed to know which table gets which data?

How are the tables related to each other? What kind of data are you storing
in each?

tbl2 is employment
EmpID (PK)

tbl3 is employer codes
EmpCodeNum (PK)
tbl4 is trades (Like carpentry, electrician)
TradeNum (PK)
tbl5 is pri-training (Primary Training - most recent training)
PriTraID (PK)
ClientNum
TradeNum
tbl6 is sec-training (Secondary Training - next to most recent)
SecTraID (PK)
ClientNum
TradeNum

tbl1 is 1-to-many with tbl's 2, 5 & 6.
tbl4 is 1-to-many with tbl's 5 & 6.
tbl3 is 1-to-1 with tbl2

Could it be the relationships??

Why two tables for training (primary and secondary)?

Why not a single table and one more field (Primary?)?
