Can't see images in body of e-mail

When I receive a e-mail message that contains images, I
see the space that the image is supposed to fill but I
only see a small box with an X in it. Does anyone know
what I can do to keep these images from being blocked?

What version of Outlook are you using?

I'm running Outlook 2002. I am also running Norton
Internet Security 2003 along with an add blocker called
NetNanny & a program called Pest Patrol for blocking
cookies.
