Can't see IMAP folders....

Jeff

My wife recently switched from Outlook Express to Outlook to faciltate
syncing with her new iPhone. Our email server has an IMAP account that
includes a caughtspam folder for junk caught by Spamasassin.

I set up Outlook for my spouse but I can't get the subfolders in that IMAP
account to show. They're there. I can see them with with an FTP client and
in Outlook Express. But in Outlook...the parent folder is there but none of
the subs.

Can anyone suggest what I need to do to display the subfolders of that IMAP
account in Outlook?

It wouldn't show me the folders so that I could subscribe to them.

However, I took a stab and deleted that account and added it again. That
fixed the problem. All folders display normally now and I can unsubsribe to
those we don't want to display.

I think something must've not gone right in importing all the settings from
OE.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, importing doesn't always work correctly.
