can't see lines on label form when typing

Please Help. All of a sudden i cannot see the label lines on my computer.
How do I get that feature back. Perhaps I inadvertently changed it, I
really need this feature to do a mass label job

In MS Word? Click Table, Show gridlines. (otherwise provide more info.)
