I'm just getting started with BCM, and I'm having problems. I right-clicked a
few email messages and chose "Link To", then linked them to the appropriate
contact in BCM. However, when I finish that and then open the contact, the
email message I just linked does not appear in the contact's history. I have
tried linking the email message and closing out Outlook, then going back in.
No dice.
What am I doing wrong?
