I edited my email signature.

I now can't see the message as it is being typed.

Can anyone offer a solution?

Thanks

Jon

You are not posting any details to work with here.
Version of Outlook?
Type of mail account?
Word or Outlook as the email editor? Does changing make a difference?
Which message format are you using?

So sorry about this...

Outlook 2003
Version: not sure about the answer - PC is at work running through a Domino
server currently

Using Word 2003 as the editor. I honestly do not know how to change.

Mail format is showing HTML - but I don't know what it was prior to these
changes.

Any help is appreciated - We just switched to Outlook after using Notes for
5+ years...

So what exactly do you see when you type? Does the cursor move?
Could it be that you are typing in a white font on a white background?

You can change the message format and mail editor at the same location where
you setup your signature;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format

Roady...

The cursor moves. The text color is set to black.

The mail format is set to HTML and both boxes are checked for using Word
2003 for the editor.

What is the default for these settings? Maybe I inadvertantly changed
something...

Thanks
