can't see message unless refreshing or pressing send\receive

hello

i have microsoft outlook 97 in an organization with exchange 5.5 serve

one user cannot see e-mails unless he presses f5 or send \receive

the other users can see messages upon their arrival

please help !!!!!!!!!!

Make sure that the user is configured with the Exchange service and doesn't
connect to the server by IMAP or POP3. Also make sure that his Outlook isn't
in Offline mode; File-> Work Off-line
