Outlook does not receive messages, only sends

I have a problem where I do not receive messages in Outlook. My e-mail can
be received using my Webmail account (@blueyonder.co.uk), but not in Outlook.
Sending messages works fine.
I have tried deleting the account in Outlook and reinstalling it, and all
the test scripts work OK. There is no error message when I press
Send/Receive (F9), even though I know there are message waiting to be
delivered.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Are you viewing the send/receive progress bar? That would show any errors.
If Outlook is not receiving, there must be an error cropping up somewhere.
