Can't see my sheet

I've opened a file and the only wat I can view the data is in Full
Screen. How do I get this back to normal, anyone?

After right mouse click appears commands what you can do.
Maybe in there you can see comand "Close Full screen".
If it's not working then try to minimize workbook and then restore.

Thanks but no joy. The odd thing is that I can see the formula bar
with the cell contents but everything else is blank.
