Can't see old mail after using another PC

I have a user that logged onto a computer in a different office to see his
exchange server email. We only have 1 ex server.
When he returned to his own computer he could see new messages, but not all
the old email.
I searched the other computer for a .PST file in any of the profiles but
could not find one even with hidden files displayed.
Anyone have any suggestions?
