Can't see pictures or signature in Outlook 2002

Hi. I just got a new computer and installed Office 2002.
For some reason I can't see people's email signatures, and
pictures embedded in emails are not showing. They did show
up on my other computer so I assume something isn't set
correctly. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
