Republishing it did not work. We had to reinstall Project
Server and then we restored a backup that we had of the
SQL database. If you don't have a backup, then you still
should be able to publish your project again after you
reinstall Project Server (assuming that you can get to the
project that was on Proj Server or you had it stored
elsewhere on your computer. The only thing I can figure
is that something happened to Web Access and the database
and the only way to fix it was to start over again. We
were doing a lot of changing/etc. in the area of Security
and its settings, so I am not sure if we caused something
to happen, who knows! We have since started a frequent
backup plan so that we don't loose so much data. Let me
know if you have any more questions.
