can't see Times New Roman (Central European)

I would like to install standard fonts with all variations
example or
Courier New (western)
Times new Roman and Courier new I have but not the variations
Does it come with XP office XP

I believe Access forms uses fonts for different controls so my question is
how do I get the font variations.
