Using Front Page 2003: some people cannot view about 30% of the right side
of the pages on my website. The site is www.spotsupperclubresort.com.
Please help! I used tables and the lowest resolution. Now what's wrong?!?

Nothing's wrong. The page looks fine. I tested it at 800X600 resolution, and
it fits nicely inside the browser window. You'll have to ask "some people"
what exactly they're seeing, what their screen resolution is, what browser
and OS they are using, if you want to figure out why they can't seem to see
everything.

It is important to remember that some people are just plain clueless when it
comes to computers. Perhaps "some people" fall into this category!

You can lead a fish to a bicycle,
but it takes a very long time,
and the bicycle has to *want* to change.

Look at it again, Steve. Look at the table inside the table. It is cut off
at the right.
Open in in FP. He's using DWT, and it's a *mess*.

Oops,

Just tried it on XP SP2 IE 6 and yep there's a problem.

You've used the spacebar as a positioning tool which is a no no, because
spaces take on different dimensions at different font sizes.

You need to remove all of the:

And use the positioning tools on the toolbar or in table properties to
position your text and images.

Dear White Bear,
Tables and their attributes. Fix them. They are specified to be 760 px wide
in some places, e.g.:
-------------------------
<table border="1" cellpadding="5" cellspacing="5" style="border-collapse:
collapse; color: #996600" height="744" bordercolor="#800000"
bgcolor="#FDF7C1" bordercolorlight="#008000" bordercolordark="#008000"
width="760" id="table3">
-------------------------
People using 640x480 resolution can't see that. The picture at
http://www.spotsupperclubresort.com/images/rainbow.jpg needs to be moved
too. You need to learn to use stylesheets instead of so much inline style
specification. In FrontPage help, type in "stylesheets". Also, many browsers
will not even see some of your code-heavy styling - see
http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http://www.spotsupperclubresort.com/
for more info. Good luck.
