Can't seem to change templete clip art

Concerning downloaded templetes -- My wife had an idea for a Christmas label
and these templetes were not available in my office program. After
downloading a desirable templete, it would NOT allow me to exchange the
picture or clip art in the templete. All I keep getting is a blank area where
the clit art was or the clip art would NOT line up to the original pictures
position, it would only go as far as the text edge or margin of the text
table box. I tried several things and even tried a couple of different
templetes and continued to encounter the same problems.

What I'd like to do is use a basic templete and be able to alter it for a
specific use. Can someone help me get this issue resolved?

If it's of any help, we're using MS-Office 2002 with current updates and
Windows XP Pro.

Can you provide the URL to the template you downloaded and
tell us which Office XP/2002 application program you're using?
