where can clip art be used

I hate to sound stupid, but can you tell me how to determine whether I have a
valid licence to Office? I'm attempting to comply to the EULA, but it's not
easy! I'd like to use clip art for my commercial website (I understand, no
logos), business cards, and possibly product labels. Is this OK?

Starting at the link Mary posted, I ended up here with the copyright
information for clipart:
http://www.microsoft.com/about/legal/permissions/default.mspx#E4

I've posted the text below. I think you cannot use the clips on your site,
but I am not a lawyer and you may want to check with one to make sure.

However, istockphoto.com has many of the same images -- and more --
available for as little as $2 each. If you only need a few credits, you're
still probably going to only pay $4 or $5 for most "small" sized photos
(which should be fine for a website).

Here's the http://www.microsoft.com/about/legal/permissions/default.mspx#E4
stuff:
The Microsoft Clip Art Gallery provides a compilation of artwork for your
personal use. The following guidelines apply to your personal use of clip
art:

1.
You may use clip art in your school assignments and projects.

2.
You may use clip art in your church brochure.

3.
You may use clip art for personal, noncommercial uses.

4.
You may not use clip art to advertise your business.

5.
You may not use clip art to create a company logo.

6.
You may not use clip art to illustrate the chapters of a book.

Microsoft licenses artwork from third parties and cannot grant permission
for you to redistribute the artwork. If you need artwork that you can
redistribute, our Clip Art partners at Office Online provide a variety of
images you can license.

For more information on the terms of use that apply to Clip Art, refer to
the End User License Agreement (EULA) that accompanied the product from
which you obtained the clip art. If you obtained the artwork from Office
Online, you can find the EULA at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/FX100667421033.aspx.

Many other product EULAs are available at
http://www.microsoft.com/legal/useterms/.
