Cant send attachments (Itunes or IPOD)

N

Norman Rosenthal

I have a problem that whenever I have Itunes open or minimized and try to
send an attachment from Word it brings up the email but I cannot click on
the send button nothing happens and the mail does not send. Anyone found a
work around other then closing Itunes?

Thanks
Norman

Norman:

My guess is that Itunes is taking control of the operating system's
communications protocols which is why you cannot send any messages at the
same time that Itunes is running. For an experiment, try playing some online
media using another media player and see if you can send messages
simultaneously. While that won't really prove anything, it will give you
some idea as to how Itunes is working.
