Hello,
When I try to send any attachment of any type to any recipient, I receive
the following error message:
"The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook."
The title of the error message is either Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft
Word, depending on whether I have Word configured as the editor for HTML
messages.
The error message comes up regardless of whether the message format is HTML,
Rich Text, or Plain Text.
Sending e-mail messages without attachments works fine. I have uninstalled
Office 2003, reinstalled Office 2003, uninstalled it again, installed Office
2000, then upgraded to 2003. Nothing seems to fix the problem.
Outlook 2000 works fine, too.
What is causing this problem and how can I fix it?
