Can't send Attachments

Hi,

I'm running MS OL 2000 and I've a problem while sending e-mails. Everithing
runs OK except on when I try to send a e-mail with an attachment. When I try
this the system returns to me a message from 'Mail Administrator' wich says
there's not transport to send the mail. Is anyway an option to block sending
attachments? Everything on the configuration is ok.
