Can't Send & Can't Open Attachments

I can't send emails - but can receive. Help/support says
to use the security tab under tools & options - but I
don't have a security tab.

Also I can receive pictures, but outlook removes access to
any written document - also a security tab issue.

Any ideas?

Can't send email, check your smtp address.
Can't open attachment - In Outlook express go to
Tools/Options/Security and uncheck "Do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened......."

Make sure you're properly aithenticating to your outgoing server. Taht
setting is on the Advanced tab of you account properties pages.

Are you truly referring to Outlook or to Outlook Express?
