Can't send document as an Attachment

hello all,

I'm trying to send a word document as a message and i get
an error about WINWORD every single times. When I click on
the Mail Recipients either on the tool bar or from the
Fiel Menu, I got an error about Winword performed an
illegal operation and I had to close out everytime. But
when I go to File -> Send to -> Mail Recipients (as
Attachment) it works!

Does anyone know how to fix this.

Please help !!
