Can't send e-mail. Window says Can't contact LDAP Directory serve

I can't send e-mails through the Outlook. After pessing "send" a window
appears saying "Can't contact LDAP Directory Server (81).
How can I fix this problem?

Remove the LDAP address book provider. (See Tools > Email Accounts >
View/Change existing directories and address books.)
