We aren't sitting next to you to see what happens when you attempt to
send an e-mail with an attachment or to see what the error message says.
What happens? What version Outlook? Did you try disabling e-mail
scanning by your anti-virus product? Did you turn on logging in your
e-mail client? What errors are shown in the progress window for your
e-mail client? Telling us only that "it's broke" gives us nothing to
work on.
