Can't send e-mails

Hi Everybody,

I have recently installed Norton Internet security 2008.
Also I am now unable to send e-mails from my Outlook
I get the message

........." 550 Administrative prohibition - relaying not allowed"

Could you please help

Check with your ISP and ensure you have your authentication settings correct per your ISP.

In the e-mail account defined in Outlook, select to authorize to the
SMTP server (outbound). If reusing your POP3 credentials (the
default) doesn't work, select to specify the login credentials and
enter them in the provided fields.
